Gaming supervisors administer gaming operations and workers in an assigned area. Circulating among the tables, they see that all stations and games are attended to for each shift. Gaming supervisors must have certain leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. No matter their their educational background, however, quite a few supervisors gain experience in other casino jobs before moving into supervisory positions because an understanding of games and casino operations is important for these staff.
